Columbia Sportswear Company saw an increase in DTC, eCommerce growth of some 400% at the onset of the pandemic years. As such, there was much in the consumer experience to standardize, modernize, and build. Leading a team of in-house designers, photographers, and copywriters—we leveraged experiences unique to a digital environment to create engaging storytelling and build a robust experience for consumers. Stewarding the brand's unique voice and authority in the outdoors industry, while carrying it forward to a modern experience and delivery.
